I’m a dedicated Vocational Rehabilitation professional and lifelong learner with extensive experience serving others in human services. Over the past decade, I’ve been fully immersed in helping individuals with disabilities achieve greater independence and employment.

As a tenured human services professional, I’ve consistently been recognized for my commitment to quality service, clear communication, and data-informed problem-solving, which are all rooted in a mission to empower individuals with disabilities.

Why I Built This Site

VocRehabTools.com is an independent personal project - built on my own time, with my own resources, and separate from my employment.

I created VocRehabTools.com to solve a problem I was witnessing firsthand: VR counselors, job coaches, and employment specialists need practical tools to work smarter, not harder.

I wanted something more efficient, streamlined, and consistent, and I knew AI could help us get there. I was beginning to leverage AI in my own work - prioritizing data privacy and ethical use - and soon realized how time-saving it would be to have a streamlined approach to the prompts I was using.

Then, I used AI to learn how to create apps… and voilà! VocRehabTools.com was born! This website brings together a growing collection of free online tools designed to help busy Vocational Rehabilitation professionals do more in less time, while also providing more effective, creative, and client-centered support. Job seekers with disabilities may also find the tools helpful to use independently in their employment journeys.
