🎙️ Voice-to-Text VR Casenote Editor / Generator

This free tool assists Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) professionals with writing effective casenotes by allowing voice-to-text input, followed by generating a prompt for AI to revise or edit the casenote as desired using the options below.

⚠️ REMINDER: DO NOT USE ANY PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING (PII) OR PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION (PHI) in your casenote below or when using AI to ensure confidentiality. Simply use "client," "student," or "participant," etc. for now. You can add back in the client's name if necessary when you place the note into your secure case management system.

Step 1: Capture Your Casenote

Press "Start Recording" to speak, OR type/paste your existing draft into the box below. Speak naturally. Don't worry about grammar, spelling, or punctuation yet—the AI will fix run-on sentences and grammatical errors in the final step below. 📱 Check device permissions if using a phone or tablet.
🧹 Refresh the page or reopen it in a new tab if the button is unresponsive.
